I'd give it zero stars! I know ups is a good company in general, the problem is the drivers and or management at our location in eagle pass. Everytime I order online and ups is the shipper, I NEVER get my packages. They always say I put the wrong address when it's clearly on there. The drivers are just lazy! They don't even try, just drive by. I'm so sick of them! They always return my packages. The US post office if FedEx don't have a problem, just ups and it's lazy drivers. The MOST INADEQUATE delivery service here in eagle pass!

I would give it zero stars if i could. I'm very upset that in 10 years they only ever delivered 1 package to my house. The rest is couldn't find address. Worse UPS and need to replace all the lazy people asap!

Delivery person did not knock on my door nor ring my door bell. The package was not delivered for the reason that nobody will accept the package and sign the acceptance document. That was NOT TRUE!! I was waiting for that package and I was just inside the house. The door was completely open but the delivery person did NOT notify me that he was at the doorway. He left and sent a message to my son's e-mail that the package was not delivered because nobody will sign the acceptance document. Your service is VERY, VERY POOR. This was NOT the first time that happen to UPS delivery to my house!My suggestion is to remind the UPS delivery person everyday to knock on the door OR ring the door bell rather than leave the perimeter of the house. Take extra effort to deliver the package.
