I've tried to use this post office maybe 7 times. They always find a reason not to help me. Even with a free return label, I'll pay to ship it elsewhere. No other locations are this bad.

Worst customer service ever, plus will just let the phone ring and never answer. The whole staff has to be replaced, they've been there to long. They just do whatever they want.

Bad service, they mark the packages as delivered and lose them.They also open the packages and change the envelopes from priority to express to charge extra money.

Would give less than one star if possible. I order frequently to this area for my business. I DONT THINK THE PEOPLE/DRIVERS AT THIS LOCATION ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING AT ALL… USPS doesn’t even attempt delivery they just mark items as undeliverable and return to sender. They are lazy as hell and sinking their own ship. Why has no one done anything about this location, look at the reviews! I have to continually ask Amazon not to use USPS as I am sure many other do. Look forward to a day when they are replaced with a more efficient shipper.

I have a package that should have delivered to my house but our carrier decided to take it back to the office. Well their hours of service do not suit my times. I called the 800 number and they told me put the notice back in my mailbox and that the carrier would take and arrange for re delivery. I did just that and today there's another notice along with the one I left. I get out of work at 4 and they close before 4 so there's no way I can pick it up and I don't have anyone else to pick it up.

The worst service experience in the history of humanity, both as a customer (which I shouldn't have been if delivery was doing their job right 2 christmasses ago with my package) & coming in asking for assistance from another job. I'm typically a patient person when it comes to most employees attempting to improvise, or tell me the actual situation because I understand their struggle. But I have to say, the most condescending individuals work at USPS in Eagle Pass. I personally wouldn't care if they all lost their jobs, matter of fact, I would laugh & throw an ice cream party. Their phone lines make it worse to reach out to someone directly so I can report these issues, as soon as I ask to reach a corporate assistant: "I'm sorry, did you mean stamps?"... It's as if it's their duty by whatever power they pray upon is to give me high blood pressure. I'd need the patience of a shaolin monk just to reach corporate it's ridiculous (as much as I want to say what I really want to say but I'm actually being VERY respectful). The employees that have been working there for years are another representation as to why everyone wants to leave this Godforsaken town. I wonder how they can still keep those smirks on their face while ruining many holidays at the same time. Disgusting...

Very Bad service! My packages have been stolen, the manager does not seem to care…most of the workers there..are just there for the pay… there is no customer service in Eagle Pass..Tx what a shame!!

This place is a JOKE and I swear to you they steal packages. I have NEVER had so many packages magically vanish until I moved here. It's the worst post office EVER!

This USPS is by far the worst USPS I have ever had to deal with. The driver or assistance driver never make the actual attempt to drop off packages, instead they leave a note in your receptacle forcing one to go to the facility and pick up their packages. That’s not an issue, but what becomes an issue is when you get there and they still don’t allow you to procure your belongings. The assistance driver to the main driver for my route is — in lack of better words — incompetent and doesn’t do the job that is required of them and the manager/supervisor enables that type of behavior and ethic. She is just as unprofessional as the AD when it comes to the custody and importance of supply chain management and customer service. Additionally, no matter how many times I have returned mail belonging to a previous resident apparently, they still put the same mail in our receptacle. They should be fired and professionals that actually take the job seriously should replace these types of employees.If I could give zero stars — or even negative stars — I would for this facility. Poor experience after poor experience with them.UPDATE: Danny is one of the associates that work here and he has been very helpful since the first encounter. Stars still remain, but he is the only associate I can say has been a pleasure. Employees like him are the heroes especially when dealing with poor organizations.

All these other people that have reviewed have said everything needed to be said. This post office is terrible. The post master is just as bad and he doesn't listen to customer complaints. The employees are terrible.

Why do they have those kinds of people in these jobs???? rude and despots leave people with packages in their hands they don't answer another minute, this whoever is inside the post office they take you out without any consideration they lower the doors and not caring what emergency or mishap one has to be a minute late I have had to see several cases and personally too, take out those people who want a check without doing anything with so many people wanting to work ? terrible service
