Do NOT USE AARONS.We returned a Nintendo switch almost a month ago, I had paid it till November 1st I turned it in near the first of October. 1) we didn't ger a refund 2) it is now November 6th and they continue to call my mom every day for money for the equipment I have already returned.When I returned it the guy didn't ask me my name, or the account. He just said " we can find it in the system via the serial number. Witch apparently they never have, they keep harassing my mother.If you want a good rental company, go see Chris at rent a center, atleats they will work with you, and if you returned something they will Make sure it's off your account and not continue to call and ask for money for something that you've returned.

I've bought alot of things here at Aaron's but the last thing I bought it took them over a week to deliver,they delivered a queen mattress and then I waited another two days to get my full size mattress,I'm really thinking about changing to somewhere else in the near future, Sorry guys!

Great service! Sad part was the delivery guy didn't have a phone. So when he came to deliver the items I perched he couldn't call me to open the gate so late delivery. Had to call them to set new delivery time.

Very bad management, Paid off a PC last year and requested to shut down Aarons club membership that does absolutely nothing for extended warranties. Aarons to this day still taking money out of my account. Called numerous times and always the manager is busy or not available. Asked the salesperson to remove this membership and get lied to, by them saying it is all taken care of when it is not. Aaron's owes me 16 months $10.80 per month.
