Horrible car wash & customer service. Paid for wash, did not even dry the car, wash did not clean off bird poop, no bugs washed off the front, and dust was still on my tires. Go in to ask for a refund and manger gives me a website address! Seriously! Don’t waste your money!

I went for the second time two months ago. The first clean was fine, but the second clean was inadequate for the price. It turns out I unintentionally paid for a membership, even though I simply clicked the cheapest wash I saw they provided ($16). To be fair, I could have completely missed something. I told the serviceman and he said he would take care of it; it never happened. I tried contacting them through a couple phone calls two months ago, and left messages, but nobody has returned my calls. Last week I was charged $16 again for a membership, even though I have not been to the wash in two months. I tried to cancel this membership again on Friday, and once again, nobody has returned my phone calls and messages. Through the provided number, there is an option to cancel the subscription by a link they are supposed to text you. I went through the robot's instructions on the phone, and never received a link to cancel this membership (although I went through the process twice). I called again today and still I am sent straight to voicemail. As far as I am concerned, their customer service is nonexistent, and they are stealing my money.
EDIT: I received a refund after multiple phone calls with their base company in one of the Carolinas. It took a couple of weeks, but I got what I was striving after. I do not appreciate the local business, but do appreciate the efforts of their customer service team connected with the base company.

Take 5 in early this morning had an employee that has only been with them a week stressing because none of his higher ups would answer the phone to get him a key to open. He has been there since 7:30am they open at 8 it is now 9:32am and nobody has gotten back to him. Take care of your people Take 5. That’s ridiculous.

It was broke the first time we tried and when we went bask, we chose the $22 wash, and it was filthy when we left. Bugs everywhere and the roller wouldn't let us out. Henderson express in Cleburn is much better.

Does good job washing car wish could get thier gate fixed. Lol and sure wished vacuums worked better besides that I'm happy with it canceled my subscription I can do just as good job if not better myself

Pricey, poor wash job, and tried for 2 months to get this membership (autopay) canceled with no return calls from management, and no link ever sent to me to canxelbit myself. Seems to be a scam justvto get my money. Go somewhere else!! Stealing my money!!!
