I have purchased roughly five vehicles from Bruner; from the Toyota side, the Chevy side, and even the Used Car side. Each purchase was absolutely painless, with no hard sales, more than fair trade in allowances, and quick financing. I highly recommend Bruner to anyone in Central Texas who is looking for a great deal and a professional sales team.

Without a doubt the most unprofessional and dishonest dealership I have worked with in my entire lifetime. I will do everything I can to never do business with them again. My car is under warranty and I will drive however far I have to drive to never set foot in any Bruner facility ever again.

The staff were kind and friendly and my sales person was responsive, but they seemed to be unable or unwilling to work with me over what I thought were some simple requests. The deal on the table was fair but nothing you couldn't get anywhere else. I offered options to make the deal easy on both parties to accommodate for my non standard transaction. After some initial agreements, with financing in hand and an already purchased aftermarket part, the GM changed the plan and made it difficult to complete the transaction (his change was something I offered days prior when I could have done it). After a fruitless conversation with the GM, it was apparent he didn't desire my business. I significantly improved my deal elsewhere and am now the proud owner of the same truck, with better financing, more cooperation and it only took me a couple of hours. I wanted to support my new home and the local business, but there was only so much i could take. I would say if you want to support the people in your area please do, it is important. I tried, it just proved to be to inconvenient for me this time.

My husband and I are extremely pleased in the help we received from Bruner, specifically Kim! This was our first BRAND NEW car to buy and we did it primarily online! We live 350 miles from the Brownwood area, way up in Amarillo ;)But finding this vehicle on fb marketplace and staying in touch with Kim via phone and email truly helped us! These vehicles are extremely hard to come by, so when I found it available through Facebook marketplace, my husband and I were inquisitive.This vehicle was secured by two other serious buyers so we thought we wouldn't be able to buy it. However, about 5 days later, I received a call from Kim letting me know that it was available! (Little did Kim know that Garrett and I had just returned from a weekend trip to Houston where we planned to buy an SUV but returned home with nothing!)My husband and I did something we've never done before-- we decided to buy a new car, sight unseen, over the phone. In the car market these days, vehicles are hard to find and are selling way over MSRP! Not at Bruner. Bruner Auto Group takes good care of you and reminds you of your hometown! Bruner doesn't throw in expensive dealership fees or packages that you know nothing about or don't plan on using! What you see is what you get!We were delightfully impressed and this has been the best vehicle purchase we've made to date! (And we've made a lot: Hudiburg in OKC, plus many others in Texas and Oklahoma and New Mexico.) The process has been seamless!Thanks, Kim, for driving 250 miles to meet us in Lubbock! I showed up on Saturday at closing. Todd Greaves, the pre-owner manager opened the door and asked if he could help me. I ended up buying a car and the whole team was amazing. Staying 2 hours after closing to get all the paper work done. Will be back to buy my next vehicle.

Rarely these days do you find a car dealership with a heart. That is exactly what I found when working with Todd Greaves the Pre-owned sales manager and his staff at Bruner Auto Group. I have a son who has a serious mental illness and is on a fixed income who was in dire need of a vehicle. We found a vehicle and had a set amount we could afford. Todd and his team were the consummate professionals even after I had given them an extremely hard time when trying to get the deal done. After hearing my sons story Todd and his team were able to meet our needs and delivered the vehicle to us from two hours away. My son was so happy to see the vehicle arrive! The problem is most common when a driver accelerates of decelerates and the transmission moves to shift a gear. Drivers reported a hesitation, then a shudder or j*** with the gear change. However, it's not exclusive to gear changes as some owners reported the issue within a single gear. According to the information compiled so far, some drivers said the event has been so violent it felt like another car had hit them. Bruner in Early, Texas is selling GMC Trucks with these problems and doing nothing about it. They don't stand behind there lifetime warranty! Stay far away from this dealership. My dad bought a 2017 GMC truck from them and the transmission has done this since Day 1. Can't even enjoy his new truck! Didn't mind taking all his money though! Brian Lee is a joke! He does nothing but talk! Can't believe this place gets away with this!
