I want to thank the gentle man that brought me home yesterday from Abilene hospital to Brownwood...When I was released from hospital I had no shoes, no shirt and no wallet to pay for a ride home..but you guys made a way to pick me up and get me home safe..I want to just thank you so much for your compassion.....thank you

Hard to get a ride sometimes, seems like the ride set up was automated might be easier, but service is cheap if you can get a ride

I don't understand why they don't have a separate phone number to schedule pickup, unless it is so they can dispatch calls to a bilingual schedule attendant when needed? They are very courteous and knowledgeable about the process and the routes they will travel.
