Friday night 9-20-24 9:42 pm. Girl working behind the counter you can see you’re standing in the back, dancing, will not come to the counter. People waiting to check out will not help them. Had to go across the street to all up to get ice! Need to hire better people.

Go somewhere else. My son went in to get cash back so he wouldn't have to go to the bank ATM, and when he asked if he could get cash back, the lady's response was, "Well, good luck. We don't do that." Tired of dealing with this trashy place and will gladly drive down the road for gas from now on.

The most worthless car wash. It is a rip off. $10 and 5 minutes of wasted time. Do not use this convenience store. Pictured is immediately after wash. They refused to return $. This place is trash

Bought some ear buds from the front counter after I left the store I noticed they were too big for my ears. I went back to return them and the clerk was very rude and said once you leave you can't bring gthem back no where does it say they cannot be returned. Do not buy from there.

Pretty decent place during the day. At night it's completely different. 11:15pm kid is high as a kite playing on his phone. Wouldn't allow to use the restrooms because it was already cleaned and closed down. Excuse me, the whole store is open until 12am. Do better.

Cousins is a very nice convenience store. Gas prices are competitive. The people are friendly!

Rude staff had 15 minutes until closing. All i wanted was to use the restroom because they have the cleanest around. Told me that I could go across a street. They were open 24 hours.

Got gas at cousins in early, got the carwash twice in th last few months and it doesn't put out soap, thought maybe they had fixed that part but I guess not, the first time that happened i went inside to let them know but this time i just drove out of there after the car wash, I use to like getting the car washed there but now it won't even get the bird crap off of the windshield or windows. I wont go there again.

I don't know what Cousins is...this review is for the Gulf convenience store and Gas station in Early, TX. The staff was friendly and attentive. The women's bathroom was spotless and worth mentioning. They had containers for trash in each stall, one bottle of hand soap per sink. Flower arrangements made it feel welcoming while on a long road trip. Thanks!

Horrible Place! So many health code violations like mold in their ice and soda machines and thick layer of dust on all the products! The very old Cashier with purple eyeshadow was very rude, impatient, unhelpful and reaked of Weed I have no doubt she was high on the job! If I could give this place Zero Stars I would!

Like the new pumps. I dont have any issues with them accepting my Discover like I do across the street at Allsups. BUT - I don't recommend their car wash. It's downright scary! And only halfway works.

Stood in line to order and got completely ignored! A man was standing behind me in line and they asked his order at the deli even though id been waiting for 15 minutes!!! Not to mention that store smells so bad and its needs cleaned, itd fail a health inspection.
