Custom Floors installed our flooring for aprox 2700 sq ft house. We had a complete bathroom remodel with tile that turned out BEAUTIFUL! The installers were so respectful and nice and did an absolute wonderful job cleaning up after themselves. I was so impressed!! And the customer service was amazing as well. Definately 5 Stars!!! Will be referring all my friends and family that need some beautiful floors. Thanks Custom Floors!!!!

Custom Floors has been a big help for me. They did such a great job with installing carpet and vinyl plank flooring in my 1500 sq. ft. house, that I also used them to install flooring in my cabin. The owner was very helpful and courteous, and I was impressed with how fast the installers worked. They did a beautiful job! Very top notch and professional company!

I was impressed with how hard they worked and how quickly they finished the job. I often recommend this company. Thank you, Custom Floors, for the beautiful job you did!

I’m sad to have to write this review but I HAVE NEVER been treated in such a horrible manner as the Custom Floors treated my family. We are new to the area let along the state of TX and was very hurt by how we were ultimately treated. The front desk employee was so nice and helpful and were thankful for her kind service through our experience. Unfortunately the owner of the company refused us business simply due to the fact we were new to town and had purchased the majority of our floor in the state we moved here from. Her “reasoning” was that we did not purchase our other materials through them and we accused of us being “competition“. All we needed was some additional padding for our new carpet because we were short. I have never seen a company turn down someone seeking business and will definitely NEVER recommend their services. It is so sad because my dad used them and was going to hire them to replace the remainder of his floor, but thankfully they showed their true “colors” before we could make such a mistake. I believe people deserve to know the truth of their services.

I might have given this business a higher rating, but the customer service absolutely sucked. The owner came out and gave my mother, who is 92 years old, a quote for a little over 2400 sq ft of luxury vinyl plank flooring. $12,000 worth of flooring! After it was installed, we went to the home to check it out. There were more than a few planks which had not adhered to the sub flooring and we asked the contractor to correct those places. He came out pretty quickly and fixed those. There was one set of stairs and the glue was still drying so we didn't look closely at the steps. Several days later we went back to take the tape off the stairs. See the pictures attached. It looked to me like the workers got in a hurry to finish the job and just got sloppy. We called the owner again and asked that she and the contractor meet us at the house. She declined to meet us but said the contractor would be in touch. He called and set a time and day to meet. We were there. He didn't show. When we got back home, he had left a message that he couldn't make it. (It's a 28 mile drive to the house for us; about 45 for them). We called to reschedule and again, asked the owner to please meet us there so she could see the work herself. Nope. She wasn't interested. We met the contractor at the house a week later and he was not happy about our complaints. He said we were "too picky" and it wasn't a big deal. I replied that a $12,000 floor was a pretty big deal to us! He insisted it was our responsibility to hire a painter to paint the wood and apply caulking to the stairs. It just so happened a painter was actually at the house painting. He had looked at the stairs earlier and commented on the unfinished, sloppy job. When we asked him about painting and caulking, he said he'd never heard of that being a painter's responsibility on a flooring job. He fixed a couple of other things and left knowing that we were going to the owner the next day, as we were not satisfied. I sent the owner these same pictures and told her we'd be in to talk. When we showed up, she said right off the bat that we would never be satisfied and she was going to give Mother a check for $250, her cost for the stairs. She would not listen to our complaint and she defended the workmanship of the contractor by telling us he had done the floors in million dollar homes. And yet, she wouldn't come see for herself the work he did at our house. And, she wouldn't guarantee the work for any length of time. If anything else happened, we were on our own. She said he would never go out there again. She acted like we had been ugly to them and treated them badly. We never raised our voices, never threatened them, or said anything ugly or demeaning. My mother told her that she just wanted the stairs to look as nice as the rest of the floors. That's it. What's wrong with people these days? They take your money and turn their backs!
