Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money. They’ll leave your vehicle unlocked, leave before closing when you tell them you’re coming to pick your vehicle up, won’t do it right the first time and you’ll have more problems than when you brought it in. If they say 2-3 days expect 3-4 weeks with no updates. Absolutely terrible shop.

Take your business elsewhere!!! What shop tells you I need 2k up front to cover the parts to getting something fixed? Fixed my truck the first time didn't do the job the right way and the same problem I had taken it in for happened again then the truck sat there for almost two months without getting any calls. As a customer i shouldn't have to call a shop and get an update on my vehicle. Then they wanted to charge me 1200 to rip stuff apart when they should have did the job right the first time. "SAVE YOUr TIME AND MONEY"
Go somewhere else where they will treat you like a customer and not rip you off. Shop is a joke!!

I can not say enough good things about these guys. I was having a steering problem with my truck. It was like driving on ice. Had front end alignment done, new tires, new front end parts and still didn't fix it. Even had one dork guy tell me it is because of no grease in my ball joints, NOT. These guys figured it out quickly. Rack & Pinion replaced and now it drives like a new truck with 279k miles on it. Thank you K & W.

Im a single female and was told I should use KW garage. Wes was extremely nice, professional and patient. He was busy but still took 35 minutes to go over all my questions and issues the car was having. We set a good day for me to bring it in, and he found the issue and had me a new starter put on within a few hours. Highly recommend!!

They had my car for weeks without contacting me when I couldn’t get them on the phone I stopped by and told me the repair is more than the cars value! Horrible customer service

Somebody sent me over there to get a quote and the quote was twice as high as anybody else and I let him know that. And they look in the computer they said no that's it that's all they could do. And I went to the next garage to get it done and again it was less than half price then what they offered. So I don't know what's going on for sure but most major mechanic shops are not that different in price decent deal is one of the top three thank you.

Very profession and nice. I had to get my low beam light changed and they were courteous throughout the time I walked through the door, to when I walked out. Highly recommend them.

I had an appointment to drop my truck off tomorrow but they got a concerning review last week(leaving a vehicle running and unattended at 10:30 at night. Customer called by police) This morning I called and politely told them I was going to cancel due to review. Instead of trying to set my mind at ease the person was rude and hung up on me. I don’t know their quality of work but definitely don’t recommend them. They obviously don’t care about their customers or obtaining new ones. Truck will be going to strokin diesel I don’t know what I was thinking trying to give KW a chance.

Awful service! Zero communication! I had my car there this past week. Without making this too long… I get a call last night (at 10:30) from the police department asking if I know the location of my car. I told them yes, it’s at the shop. She then states that my car is running and unlocked. They contacted the owner of the shop, who went up there and told the police officer that they might have accidentally left my car on. So I hear all this from the officer, and never heard anything from the shop. I waited to hear from them the next day but nothing. So my husband called to check on the car and they just told him they couldn’t fix it to come get it… which is fine but never said anything at all about what happened. I went to pick the key up and thought they’d say something then… nope! He just said, sorry about that. I said about what, not fixing it or about what happened? And they all just kinda smerked and went on. Awful!!

Took my truck to K&W and once again the did a great job. Had a new heater core put in. Dropped it off Monday morning and had it back Tuesday afternoon! Couldn’t ask for a better shop in Brownwood.Service: A/C installation & repair

Very honest mechanics and they offer many many services otherwise, like a complete overview analysis of what may be necessary from the most urgent to least and even better, a low cost in depth auto review for vehicles BEFORE you buy them! which may help to alter the asking price of the vehicle with said proof of paperwork. ? Highly recommended

I scheduled a time to bring my vehicle in to replace the lead frame in the transmission. They had it 2 weeks and never even got started, I called twice and both times was told they would get started "today" and have it ready in a day or two. I can't stand a liar, I'm giving one star because I can't give zero.Service: Transmission repair
