“I worked with Vanessa today to return two amazon packages. I had qr codes for both and Vanessa could have just said "we don't accept qr code returns" and sent me on my way like most pack & ship stores (and I wouldn't have thought twice about it). Instead she helped me get it switched over to a label - printed the labels for me - then helped me find a large box for one of the items. I was more than willing to pay the $7 for the box and label print because she made it all so easy on me!! I don't know that I'll ever use another pack/ship store!!!”

“Once I found a number to inquire about the hold-up on my delivery, I was informed I had to call and make an appointment.Unless I missed it, nowhere does it state that.There are no local numbers to call. The number on the website is questionable. When you call it is a central number for the US and it required an email to have the local delivery contractor contact me.However, once I was contacted, about 4 hrs later (pretty quick considering) it was a next day delivery, and communication with the driver was great.Lots to say, but in the end a a good deal.”
“I love how friendly the staff at the UPS store in Early, TX is a d how easy it is to return packages from companies that all you have to do is bring in the item, they package it up for you, scan the code, and give you a receipt after they receive the package or item from you.”
