I keep trying to speak to a REAL person, not a robot. The robot just finally hung up on me... How am I supposed to get help if no one answers the phones?

I have never had as many issues with the USPS as I have with this one in particular. I never get my packages delivered accurately. Came on here because reaching out is a joke elsewhere. Gave our packages to the wrong person today. Have to ship things to my work address in Brownwood just so I can make sure to receive them.
