“I was in on May 25th to switch from Straight Talk after 11 years of being with them because they are now owned by Verizon and my new Motorola phone had issues that could not be fixed.
The sales person there CHARLES went above and beyond to help me out and get me a new plan and Samsung phone, he was extremely Helpful and Friendly.
I will be recommending people go there and have CHARLES take care of them.
Was able to return my phone to Walmart and now I'm a Cricket Wireless customer.

“Locally owned. Amazing customer service between everything they do. They have installed their Internet Service on my house. Sold me kitchen appliances. TV's. They've fixed multiple computer hardware problems. Helped me build computers (thank you Zach!), and overall have taken care of any questions I've ever had about anything. For a locally owned business in Eastland, they are the crown jewel of that category.”

“i walked into the store wanted to switch my account over and add another phone as well. but i just think it’s very unprofessional for managers to be on call while helping customers. i’m very disappointed in the customer service i received. she was trying to assist me as well as be on a call and i don’t think she got anything from either of us. i understand she was trying her best all while being short handed but i rather go somewhere where my time is valued.”
