“I'm giving it four stars because the first time I went to unload a car load of stuff in my newly rented unit, my gate code didn't work. Since I had gone after office hours, I couldn't reach anybody, and the next day was a holiday. I had to go grocery shopping with this car load and I had to cram stuff in my car. I called the following day, and Sandy, who runs the office was very apologetic and gave me an emergency vode to use. Hey before I could get there she texted to let me know that my original code was fixed.The unit was very clean and because I'm a night owl, I like the fact that I have 24 hour access to my unit.Sandy, the office manager, is very sweet and professional. I feel like my belongings are safe and secure here.”
