They are not only rude, but they are not flexible yet they demand for you to be "flexible " to what THEY offer..not the other way around... Then they try to make everything about themselves... Way to go on acting like you actually care about the customers rincon... it's a complete waste of time and energy to be trying to negotiate with them, the owner's son makes it impossible to talk to him and gets angry when you try to negotiate with him, not only that but makes you feel bad and says that he "understands". Don't believe them when they say that they will " guarantee " to help you and be flexible because they really won't. I'm only putting 1 star because there isn't a zero star rating, if there was I would definitely use it to rate this sad excuse of a used car dealer
