It needs a new ATM. I only signed up, because I was informed that I could use the ATM to make deposits and withdrawals. Please get a new ATM, the current one doesn't work often.

What's the purpose of having a bank if they can't do nothing for you except get your money, "the other bank is just down the street". Then if the other bank is down the street why do they need that one open.
