The staff is so knowledgeable and so friendly. I used to hate having to send out a package. It would take anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes waiting in line at FedEx or USPS to get something shipped off. It's never taken me more than 10 minutes at this place. A lot of times I just have to drop off the package and I'm out the door within a couple of minutes. Not sure if it's because I'm going when they're not so busy or because this is one of those hidden gems that only the locals know about. I would highly recommend this place if you need to use USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
The place is located off of Raul Longoria and Freddy Gonzalez. Literally like 1 minute off the expressway. I don't always ship packages, but when I do, I use 1 Stop Mailbox. 😁

Loooove this place amazing customer service and NO package had gotten lost. I’ve had soooo many problems dropping off my packages to regular usps and half of them have gotten lost. 1 stop mailbox has not lost not 1 package of mine. Thank you soo much !

Use them to ship off a document. As I walked out of the building I saw the lady walk to the back with my package. Didn't think anything of it until a week later when the package never arrived to its destination. Went several times back to the store trying to locate my package. The lady showed me at the front of the the store where she leaves all packages for UPS to pick up. I don't know why she walked to the back with mine when UPS picks up in the front. Store owner told me there's nothing she can do and didn't offer any assistance. Important documents lost.In response to your rebuttal which does nothing more than prove my point of your unprofessionalism. I apologize that I said UPS. I am not a mail expert, you're supposed to be. And I would have put in tracking if I was offered. And to my point of your character you claim it was just an envelope, no ma'am, it was an 8x10 document holder. I clearly saw you walk to the back. Why don't you go ahead and pull the security fooage. I'm going to need it anyway.

Unprofessional and rude. Refused to help regarding a lost package that she “mailed ” off. Save your self headache, time , and money, go somewhere elseIn response to your “rebuttal “ you are clearly a very sick person. I have no reason to lie. If you would have just mailed off my package there would be no problem. I’m only leaving this review to help save people from the damage you have caused.

Unprofessional and rude. They failed to send out my package. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to help me became aggressive. Air on the side of caution, go to the actual post office and save yourself a headache.

I set up a Virtual mailbox here. I am very impressed by their quick service! When I request a scan it comes back really quickly! Almost immediately! It is safer and better than getting my mail at home!

Been going there lately to deliver packages and the owner there is very nice and easy to talk to. Can't recommend this place enough, really conveniently close, always in and out quite fast, and they have an adorable cat. Place is very peaceful, 10/10

Great friendly and fast service; it’s a nice shop with a lots of moving supplies and print services! I normally drop off usps packages at the post office. I found this location just around the corner in my neighborhood. So glad I did! It beats the long lines at the post office and saves me from having to drive across town. Thank you!

I've only used this place for printing and shipping, but have never had a bad experience. The owner or really dedicated employee who is always there is extremely helpful and offers suggestions to get your project done. Though I've only printed small projects I would trust them with anything I needed done.

Today was my first time and will definitely be back. The lady was friendly and helpful, you can actually print out Pre paid shipping label and drop off USPS there.
