Anissa the manager was the worst yesterday we ordered day bed & a computer Cindy said they would delivery the next because they had to
Reset the computer but they didn’t give us time nor did they even call anything they show up
When no one was here to received items the lady that is here to help said the owners are not home would you mind coming back in 30 minutes she said no problem this was at 1:30 it’s 3pm so I called & they changed the shipment to Friday WTH is that no I cancelled everything I wonder how long it takes to get back your money when they take it immediately

This place rented me a bed and after a month I bought my own bed and tried to return it there and they claimed it was too damaged to pick up so take pictures because the bed had a sheet cover over it I didn't know the condition it was delivered in. But we know they did right.

I really appreciate the service I receive from this store. Cindy and the gentleman that took care of me were so understanding on my needs. Everything the sell is very clean and the delivery men are very nice to put the furniture in my home were I wanted it. So yes I highly recommend this store.

Ordered something online never got order on time or heard back from them so just after days of hearing nothing canceled my order and now have to wait 5 to 7 days to get my money just going elsewhere what a joke bad customer service...The ladies who work there obviously have no customer service skills or have any business dealing with customers...

its easy and they can make our payments with the same dates as our checks . after we are done with payments , next thing is my childrens beds . the employees are so nice and the delivery guys are awesome and very helpful .

After receiving multiple collection notices for an item I haven't even received yet, I have spoken to the rudest person in sales (yes they put this woman in their sales department) twice).The first time she said "nothing we can do, system is automaticly sending out notices. Only way to stop it is cancel the order."Stupidly, when they called me to tell me my item was in, 1 1/2 hours before the store closed, I asked to add another item.Instead of asking if she could call me tomorrow, she said she needed to scoot so she didn't have time. She will call me tomorrow. Then asked me when delivery was. I do not know. I keep getting transferred because no one knows anything.Going somewhere else.

At Aaron's you can find watching machines, refrigerators any size stoves,sofas ,beds for adults and children, they have alot of TV's sizes whatever you need and they are always ready to help you.
