I want to thank AJ for his service! On Saturday, December 11, I had an accident, a deer crossed the road and broke all the glass in front of my car. It was already impossible to drive. I tried to talk to my insurance so they could send me a tow truck or something, but I was on the phone for 1 hour and a half waiting and no one answered! And I was in the middle of nowhere and only with the lights of my car on, until I decided to search on Google Maps for a towing service, before calling AJ I spoke to several people and they didn't want to go help because I was in the Highway 281, 6 miles from the Falfurrias check point, and they wanted to charge me a lot of money to bring my car home! But AJ answered me and quickly said yes! Before arriving he was giving me updates every time he passed through a town until he came for us, he has excellent service and is a very friendly person! Super recommended service!

I looked for a "safe" place to park and found a gas station/hotel that looked straight from a scene of the "walking dead" or any other zombie movie for that matter. If you are low on gas when leaving Falfurias on your way to McAllen...fill her up. I noticed I had 25 miles left of gas, looked at google maps for a gas station to fill up the car. I was very surprised to find I was 40 miles from away from a gas station on either direction. I was fortunate enough to find Arnold at AJ's Roadside assistance. He updated me on his status every 10-15 minutes. Which was very important when you are in the middle of nowhere. He brought us the gas needed to get to our destination. He was courteous, respectful and very professional.Service: Fuel delivery
