Romeo did an amazing job!
After 8 years of loyalty with another carrier, we finally decided to make the switch, and he made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free.
Romeo was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing us. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they’re comfortable with their decision.. Excellent customer service — highly recommend this location.

Had a really bad experience at this store, went to turn in my old phones because I did everything online and they asked me go in person because it was faster, when I first arrived he was doing everything not to help out, after 10 minutes of me just standing there he finally came up to help out, was very rude and couldn’t help me at all, at the end he said go to another AT&T and I did, this store is a third party so it is owned by a private owner not the company itself, just skip this store if you can

Bought my new iPhone 17s with this store, and they added the 10$ per line next up fee per month that I didn't ask for without my knowledge, and they said I had to call corporate to remove it.

Romeo had awesome customer service and went above and beyond throughout the whole process to help us save on our bill. He even followed up with us after the sale to ask how our service was doing. 5 out of 5 for sure. Would recommend this store to any friends and family. Ask for Romeo

Romeo claims to be the manager, he is not, actually store is a third party and does not have anyone responsible/ accountable for what employees promote or say. Once sale was final, he showed his true colors. He should not have a job with his attitude. Very dissatisfied. Terribly experience.

Excellent customer service! We went in there and added a line but not before an unexpected issue. There was a past due account somehow being linked to our account. AT&T rep Noah went above and beyond to resolve our problem. Thank you sir for your professionalism and great customer service.

If I could I would give 0 star review to this store, worst customer service ever. Guy with long hair had earphones on, did not even find ways to assist me l. I'm currently an at&t client and this is by far the worst customer service experience I've had since I became a costumer. Will never be coming back to this store.
