Literally waited and waited and the lady called on someone else. I guess sitting in front of her holding 2 devices wasn’t obvious enough I was a customer. If they can’t remember who walks in, then get a better system to see who the customers are.

Tried to drop of my trade in phone after having trouble receiving att return box through the mail. Went to Weslaco store got offered full value for it but couldn’t trade it in because system was having trouble. Tried at this store and associate told me $250 because side of phone had scratches. Guess he doesn’t know about normal wear and tear. Store on 10th street and Trenton took my phone at full value. In and out with in 5 minutes.
