“Yesterday we went to O'Reilly's to check on my battery. While there, my car would not start due to another reason and when we went back in to let one of the guys know that we were having additional car trouble. One gentleman came out and did a diagnostic and found out the cause for us. He helped in doing some research for us on my vehicle and the problem it was having. While me and my grandmother were there all of the workers were very kind to us! Even got some cold drinks since it was so hot outside and we had been there for awhile while waiting for a ride. Really appreciate the kindness and help we received while at this place. Highly recommend and will continue to come back for any car needs. Thank you to the gentlemen that helped us yesterday ❤️ p.s. “Great experience, Mr. Betancourt did a great job. He dealt with the insurance adjuster himself. Which increased the initial quote by around 300% in order to fix every single thing that was damaged. Went on and beyond that he even covered a couple of days of the rental car due to job going past the 30 days insurance maximum. Delay caused by insurance adjuster taking 9 days to respond, he kept everything well documented and used it to explain every step of the way.Services: Painting”
