The best autozone ever in Edinburg area went to 4 other locations and everyone wanted me to buy a new battery when I still had a 1year left of warranty on it. So everyone just gave me the run around and at this location they solved the problem in seconds and I was able to exchange my old battery for a new 1. Thank you Daniel and Omar for your help every autozone should have employees like them 2.

I give this store a 10! I went in yesterday and the first person to greet was the Manager Daniel. He took his time and installed my battery for me and wipers. I didn't even have to ask him. If it wasn't for him I would of had no clue how to hook up my battery or wipers. Will definitely be going back to this autozone all because of the Manager that helped me out. Thank You Daniel..

I walked in needing assistance for an oil change and one of the managers Daniel Rowe, was the first person to great me with a smile and willing to help me out. He was and attentive and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this autozone and will be coming back due to Dnaiel helping me out.

The cashier on Saturday October 5th 8:32 pm refused to change the name on my purchase before it was made. When I gave them my phone number I told him that's not the right name it used to be somebody else's phone number and when I gave him the correct name he refused to change it. How are customers supposed to return something or get the reward points when the cashier is too lazy to do his job? I am very disappointed at this location. I recommend another auto zone location for a better experience.

Rey helped me out with knowledge about what was best for my situation and it was exactly what I needed! I can not begin to start with the great customer service as well! I needed my headlights changed and Reynaldo helped me find the correct bulbs, advised me to get a bulb grease to get the most use out of my purchase, and even helped me install them! Really appreciated the service
