“Yesterday we went to O'Reilly's to check on my battery. While there, my car would not start due to another reason and when we went back in to let one of the guys know that we were having additional car trouble. One gentleman came out and did a diagnostic and found out the cause for us. He helped in doing some research for us on my vehicle and the problem it was having. While me and my grandmother were there all of the workers were very kind to us! Even got some cold drinks since it was so hot outside and we had been there for awhile while waiting for a ride. Really appreciate the kindness and help we received while at this place. Highly recommend and will continue to come back for any car needs. Thank you to the gentlemen that helped us yesterday ❤️ p.s. We also had to leave my car overnight and they helped push it to a safer place in the parking lot and made sure what vehicles were okay if in case anyone tried to open my car. ?”
“I've always had great experiences at O'Reilly's. Their employees are very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I am greeted as I enter, and, unless there is a line, someone offers to help me find what I need. And they've always had the part or item I needed at a reasonable price. What more can one ask? This particular location is very convenient on University Dr, half a block west of the Interstate 69-C (also known as Highway 281). Parking is never a problem.”

“Cashier's are nice& friendly,great to attend,but unfortunately I left my battery there to charge& I sent my daughter to go pick it up later on in the afternoon& they gave her back the wrong battery. Don't know how that could happen if they put a sticker on it to know who it belongs too.”

“I went in because I was having problems with my nissan and Juan took his time and checked my battery and the starter and the alternator. I'm so glad that he took the time to explain to me what I needed to do next and to go back once I changed my battery so we can make sure everything is functioning properly. When everything is always hurry up who's next, I'm so glad he didn't just try to do the bare minimum but went above and beyond to make sure my car was ok to drive.”
