Clean place. Wash my care fairly well. Think they need to shoot more bug spray on cars at the beginning. Good pricing for the plans they have. Like that vacuuming is included. A plus is the towel service they include as well. I recommend it.

They keep changing the billing system and don’t tell us.I just paid a few days ago and tried to use my car wash today and had to go inside due to their system being changed.This is getting old

Blue Wave had a price increase and did not notify me of the change in price (increase of 3.04). However, I noticed because I was double billed at two locations (one has a "newer" system). I was refunded only the previous price of $24.95 not the amount that was drafted $27.99. Customer service does not handle these issues if you went to the BW to get a refund and it was wrong. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Blue wave representative call me after a few scratches made from their tunnel, I don’t even was expecting any kind of payment just let them know about the issue, but that guy was really rude and treat me like I’m an ignorant…very disappointed by the way they resolve their issues.

It was the worst....but funniest experience. I literally gagged in my car and I couldn't even open my windows , ?....the smell of sewer was ??. ....I hope they get their filters cleaned soon.

Not fully clean but better than those car washes that where you just park inside and wait, leaving your truck LITERALLY half way clean.
