“We have been coming here for years and highly recommended DeLaGarza Meat Market. They have good prices for processing beef and pork. I trust them to give me the meat of the animal we brought in.”

“We are first time winter Texans. We are from Hawai'i. A friend at our resort told us about Vera's King of Meats at E. University. We have been coming here since November '23 and the quality, variety and price of meats can't be beat. The customer service is wonderful! We have been telling others in our resort about Vera's. We are freezing some steaks to take north. We'll see you in October!”

“My favorite place to buy breakfast tacos on 2812! The tortillas freshly made, you have to go early to get variety of breakfast tacos. If they ran out of the taco you'd like they gladly make some more. They also make gorditas, they just take a little longer. The weekend when they have barbacoa, it's a must to go get a gordita of barbacoa! The menudo is good also.”

“We recently worked with Aguilar Meat Market to secure 280 chicken pieces for our fundraising BBQ, and they absolutely delivered! From start to finish, the team was professional, fast, and offered excellent pricing (very competitive with food-service rates compared to Jrs Supermarket which was a fiasco!). The manager was incredibly accommodating, going out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and on time. The quality of the products was outstanding, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. They truly got the job done when we needed them most. If you’re looking for a reliable meat market with great customer service, look no further — Aguilar is the place! Thank you! 🙏🏻”
