I was sad to find out the previous manager KC was moved to another store or so they said because he always helped me in hard times like not being able to pay bills for basic need now we had built some trust as he knew I would always come back on payday and pay my bill to get my pawned items back I also was surprised at how clean and organized the store was and was aware of contest giveaways and raffles the store did get ALOT busier but I do miss the commodity with the staff so far it’s a give and take trust issue that’s going well so I have no qualms

Beware, there’s a thief among this store stealing customers credit card information and purchasing items. I’m not even an active customer here, nor do I have an active account with this company in general. No paper trail found as to who or when my card was used here, very suspicious. Please don’t risk anything by coming here, use cash if you must. Terrible, careless managers, no proper action was taken to find the culprit! Says enough about this company and management. An employee likely input my card information after being told by manager they don’t manually input customers card information yet my bank stated it was manually imputed at this specific store! Manager M. “Checked” cameras and would call merchant to help me out but did not care to update us whatsoever after stating she would, she didn’t update on who committed this crime either. Suspicious activity going on here. Avoid at all costs!

Most horrible experience! I took in my Gucci purse with the certificate it comes with when I purchased it and they wanted a second authentication certificate, like seriously. Then they gave me a price on my diamond earrings then they changed the amount ugh. Timmy the assistant manager was horrible, he didn’t know anything about name brand items I had high end items with authentic stamps. He never smiled or said hello and was with a whatever attitude. I live down the street, no wonder it’s always empty

I just left this pawn shop, no customer service what so ever. The shop had four employees and was empty of customers, no one approached me to offer assistance because everyone was on their cell phone surfing. I won’t be going there again.

I came to look at what they had for big screen TVs. I was astounded to see the prices they sell used items for. The 65 inch Samsung curved smart TV was being sold for $700. It was more than what I saw the price online. Same for the Milwaukee drill/driver combo. Brand new on Amazon it was $144. They were selling it used for $150. I can understand making money, but that's crazy to charge more than what you can get for the same item but new. I guess they depend on people who don't know any better. Yikes.

My issue is with one specific employee. I’ve already done a corporate complaint and I’ll see who else I can speak to regarding the situation an item was priced wrong and the other employees were great and helpful the employee helping us was helped by 4 other people all were ok with the pricing it’s not uncommon mistakes do happen, but we ended up not buying anything. the employe that caused the issue is the person who helped him last he was unprofessional and inefficient in the way he was either training or trying to assist the other employee i didn’t want to bring it to his attention to not escalate things. if he doesn’t know how to talk to people there should be more done by the company when one of their employees is trying to belittle their coworkers or customers . he didn’t have a name tag but he did try to price the item much higher than most of the other items where priced at.

I really love coming here, they make my day honestly Casey is a wonderful manger l, every time I go I get greeted and I feel welcomed even by Rene Jr, Ana is very wonderful she can be manger, Orion has a beautiful soul she’s is a hard worker seeing her makes my day !!! I come here honestly because of Orion !!

New staff offers terrible customer service. Long wait lines they take too long to complete a sale. If you purchase an item there and come back to pawn it they always say it’s not in the system. They lost a sale because they don’t honor sticker prices. They’re petty!

Very friendly staff. Welcome you the minute you walk in, they work with you on what your selling/pawning. Also offer a lot of promotions I walk in pawning some stuff and walk out with some Beat headphones airpods and over the ear headphones for less than $90 bucks. Highly recommend visiting this place whenever you can.

This young inexperienced manager named Juan couldn’t open the door at 6:59 considering there was a customer inside and their items were still outside. We first arrived not knowing we didn’t have ID not to mention my husband is a regular so drove back to go find ID. We just needed to get our equipment out. He could’ve been courteous he could’ve represented what it means to be a customer service representative but no he wanted to be opposite. Other employees there are awesome.
