Horrible service, went for an oil change on Friday afternoon, they said it would be 3 hours (just for an oil change). I waited and never received a call regarding the status of my vehicle. Saturday morning I call the department and no one answers. The call kept getting transferred to the main BO hub and the ladies there didn't have any status and could not get a hold of the service department. After calling and texting them I head out to the dealer and what do you know the car was ready. No apologies for the delay no communication and they charged me 110 when on the site it says 79 for an oil change. Ricardo service advisor was clueless and didn't even bother to call me. Steer away from this dealer if you want to succumb to stress and agony.

I went to go look around for a vehicle I was ready to purchase I did not get helped. All the salesman were just hanging out ! I waited about an hour or so , who ever is running the show needs to do a better job! Doesn't look presentable outside Chevrolet sign flickering.everything looks so ghetto...I didn't feel comfortable purchasing after seeing how the store looked & reading bad reviews. No salesman to be found I ended up going to SOUTH TEXAS BUICK GMC they treated me awesome and was up to date super clean area THANK YOU "Rigo" from SOUTH TEXAS GMC !

I live in Brownsville , I saw a Tahoe online and called to see if they had it In stock. I talked to Royce and gave him the stock number and waited for a few minutes while they checked availability, I was told it was at the Fiesta Chevy location. I drove from Brownsville which took me about an hour, just to get here and be told that the Tahoe was at another dealership. I asked which one so I could head that way to look at it and they were hesitant to tell me. After waiting for about 10 minutes Abraham (a manager) comes to me to tell me that the Tahoe had been sold a day ago. I'm disappointed because I made sure to call ahead of time and confirm the unit was still available, I drove an hour with the intention of purchasing this vehicle just to find out it sold a day ago. Abraham did offer to fill up my gas tank for the inconvenience, so thank you for that.

If you want to be over charged and ripped off come here had a 200 service fee that was waived since I did the service but them was told my tank and gas lines needed to be cleaned for 1200 i declined and we i picked up my car they added the fee again since i declined there service so after all set and done 500 for oil and filters and there fee that was supposed to be waived

They literally have no idea what there doing they make assumptions on what needs to be fixed and try to charge you to fix a problem that don’t need to be fixed.

Horrible service due to unprofessional manager who's name is Abraham. He was very pushy from the beginning. Then, we were under contract to buy a truck but our financing started late Friday so it wouldn't be finalized till Monday however, it was a 100% guaranteed sale. The sales guy put the truck in the back but the manager wanted it put in front to be sold. We were told it was customary to leave a $500 non refundable deposit to hold it. However, manager intervened n said he wanted $1000 from US. We passed by the dealership a couple of hours later and they had sold the truck and had no others we liked. My husband texted the manager many times but he wouldn't respond to any texts. Very "cut throat"service and they couldn't care less about the customers....

We went to purchase a Blazar but the saleslady didnt seem too interested to make a sale. I guess since I was wearing shorts and a t shirt and my sister had just gotten off w oki ok we didnt look credit worthy. So we left.

Being try for two months to set up service for my leaky window with no luck, don't answer , when they do they transfer you and don't answer, leave a call back number they'll never call. Just glad it don't rain much. I will avoid this place with any future purchase

I bought a car a couple months ago. Early August to be exact. I never received any of my paperwork. I never got a call about my plates. My paper plates are expiring in 2 days. I went to go ask where the service center was, a man outside under a tent was very rude to me. The lady inside the service center did not address any of my concerns or point me to where they could be addressed. My brother addressed my check engine light issue instead because neither of us liked the way things have been handled when dealing with people at Fiesta. I'd heard good things in the past but I am very disappointed with the actual level of customer care and service at this establishment.

Dropped off my pick up to be looked at on Tuesday morning at 7:00 am. Called on Thursday and still hadn't been fixed. So called and let them know I would pick it up. Well it wasn't ready till 5:30 pm. So 3 full days and nothing but they had time to take the Ray Bans that I forgot to take out. I should've known that you can't trust many folks nowadays! J. Escobar

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I have NEVER been so dissatisfied with a dealership in my life! Not only did they openly ADMIT to not doing used car checks before completing sales, but they have technicians who aren't attentive to the work they do on vehicles. The vehicle has been in their possession repairing issues they should have caught from the beginning more than I've had it in possession. Creating mass amounts of emotional distress, safety issues and unnecessary financial burden as well as burdening others who have to lend me a vehicle or their time to drive me places I SHOULD BE DRIVING MY "NEW" truck too. When I asked to speak to the GM, he was conveniently "not in today" and the staff dismissed my concerns. I was told a loaner car could be given while they repair the death trap they sold me, but regardless of covid legislation regarding expired licenses, no exceptions could made despite my horrible experience and extreme circumstances so now I'm stranded 1500 miles from my home, my kids and my family. These photos are of the trucks driver front tire yesterday, when the caliper come off while I was driving on the expressway, which then left me stranded for hours waiting on a tow truck, only to circle back to the horrible experience of having to witness it sitting in their parking lot today untouched.
