I was a good member until the carwash tore off the whole platinum ford piece off my tailgate, I made a claim and the manager put on the claim something different so the company didn’t want to help replace the part or help at all, they claimed my truck was already damaged so it was my own fault. I cancelled my membership and they charged me a whole new month and didn’t want to refund me that last month. I had to call corporate because they didn’t try to reach out after I made a claim and they had no empathy at all she just kept repeating that I will be charged for the new month regardless and there is absolutely no way I will get a refund after I told her I will not be returning.

Great carwash. The drying part could get better by adding more blowers. I feel like my car sometimes leaves with a bit too much water. Also, the towels are wet, so it doesn't help the drying portion. If yall could fix those issues, it would definitely be a 5 star business.

Best Car wash so far. Your car comes out super shiny and looking pitch perfect new. Not so much water still in your vehicle after the dryers blowers attempt to dry your car. It’s bar far the best better than Bluewave .

Excellent care wash experience!! They provide towels and windex to clean and shine your car. Also, they give you air freshener upon request. I love it. Veterans and their spouse's get a discount on service.

Changing my rating. This morning, your workers almost messed up my vehicle for not properly guiding & assuring my tire was placed in the right position. I was so mad when i heard that ugly sound. Those kids need proper training. I am so close to canceling my membership here. Super awful experience this morning.

they scratched my car up. not worth it. sure it leaves your car clean, but it will leave several micro-scratches all alongside the edge of your car. don’t bother leaving a claim either, they’ll be denial. vacuum service was great however, no complaints there.Services: Polishing

Excellent car wash!Great vacuums that actually suck and get the job done, nothing worse then mediocre vacuums.I do like the fact they accept cash, the carwash down the road no longer does, extremely inconvenient for me. Very happy this car wash still accepts cash.I didn't know what to expect when I pulled in and I'm glad I took a chance to try them out, I left highly satisfied and will be returning. I found this car wash to be by far more SUPERIOR to blue wave.

I have the Elite membership and drive my car through here every other few days when I’m in town and I truly can’t complain!Whenever I go out of town, come back & have bugs all over my car the staff goes above and beyond to remove them ?I love the staff and the car wash! They even have little air fresheners ?

I love coming here ? My kid loves it too hahaha they have affordable car wash prices and have the vaccums, towels with spray to use for free, and this air hose thing I guess to take the access water off or dirt. The only downfall is maybe lower the monthly payment for the unlimited car wash. I had it when it was $12 monthly when it opened, and it was great! But times are tough, and well, we gotta keep up with this inflation, so I get it ? Other than that, I love it here.

Club Carwash is in my area and been there two times and it's employees are very courteous and helpful and my vehicle is left very clean and shiny

Great new car wash. Free vacuums, clean towels to dry your car, even though the air blowers work very well. Also free glass cleaner available in the vacuum area.
