My mother recently bought a phone from there, and was offered insurance for it for $8 a month. She was told it would be added to the charge and activation of the phone. She payed and went on with her day. The next day, both our phone's data were cut off. When we went, turns put they only charged a few cents for the day and she had to pay the $8 the next day. We were not told this the day we bought the phone. Then since the phone's disconnected, we had to pay an additional activation fee. Guy said it wasn't our fault and the associate should have made that clear, but we still had to pay for something that was not our fault. Mind you, I also had gotten the insurance when I got my phone and this didn't happen and was not a problem. TLDR: ouf phone's got cut off because of a charge we were not told about and had to pay an additional activation fee. We payed for their mistake.

Never heard of a store that LOCKS ITS DOORS 30 minutes before the stated closing time. If you don't want to have any business, just CLOSE THE STORE ALL TOGETHER.

Did receive friendly reception. Did check my cellphone just needed a reboot action. Found a problem on my way home, so stopped by. Employees really nice ? did everything possible to correct service. Will stop any time in the future. Recommended, just need to search address with location.
