This place will scam you by telling you you have to purchase insurance on new phones. They will sometimes even add it to your bill without telling you! They will lie and say that you have to purchase insurance for the first month then you can call to cancel it….LIES! Another scam they like to pull is stating that you have to purchase an accessory with your phone. NOT TRUE. They are making commission off of you. The manager is fully aware of what is going on so you will not get anywhere complaining. Diana is the worst! Unless you want to be taken advantage of, stay away from this store.

Very bad experience with diana the sales person in that office send someone to pay my bill and she let them open a line under my account without me being present or authorized it called the office and she just gave me excuses over excuses never had this problem other offices would call me or asked for my id to the other person

Although the cricket in Elsa is closer to me i rather drive to La Blanca because of their excellent customer service. It seems the employees at the Elsa location always have an attitude and are poorly informative.

So finally I decided to upgrade my phone after 2years of having a refurbished slow phone. Cristina was so patient and listened to all the questions I had about my new phone. She was so very helpful, she is just a people person and I believe she is in the right line of work. On a range from 1 to 10 I give her a 10. I was very very satisfied with my visit to Cricket today. Thank you Cristina for making my visit a perfect one.????

I had a GREAT experience at this location. I switched over 4 lines on Saturday and they made it fast & easy! Evelyn helped me out, she even gave me discounts on accessories at amazing prices! I will be going back to add another line & will definitely recommend this place to my family & friends!

Avoid this place and save yourself a headache. I was being “helped” by Diana. She had no idea what she was doing and wasted 1.5 hours of my time. The worst part is that she LIED to me by stating that I had to purchase insurance on the new phones I was trying to purchase(which is not true). I told her multiple times that insurance was OPTIONAL and not required. Please don’t let this store rip you off and force you to buy insurance on a phone you are purchasing! They know that insurance is not required but are making commission off of you. Sadly, most of the cricket stores in the valley operate like this. Cricket store employees will lie and say that you have to purchase insurance or sometimes an accessory. Neither are required! I asked to speak to the manager but was given the runaround; left my number and have yet to receive a call back. If I could rate zero stars I would.
