This pharmacy is always closed before closing hours. I have waited 45 minutes in line before, and they close the window as I’m pulling up to it, next in line. 35 minutes before closing time. I have an autistic son and find it extremely difficult to get off, so I depend on the drive thru. Today, I passed by and it’s closed, yet closing time isn’t for another 2 hours. Do better.

Nobody up front to checkout. Found some dude stocking shelves and he asked why I didn’t use the self checkout. I said 1. There’s five people in line and 2. I don’t work here. Never going to CVS again.

Every time I order they cancel my order, order says ready for pickup then 20 minutes later it’s cancelled. I checked again in case it was out of stock or in-store only but no, it says they have in stock and can order online as well.

Insane predatory behavior from pharmaceutical department …. Refuses to fill out generic prescription/ over the counter medication when prescribed by medical physician…. Will try to say not covered by insurance but please make sure you call your insurance and follow up because they are more than likely lying…. They want you to purchase medications instead of utilizing your insurance….my attorney will be involved for a thorough investigation on this matter …. You will be hearing from me shortly Shame on you for trying to take advantage of the medically I’ll and praying upon people for financial gain shame …..

Horrible manager is this cvs , wouldn’t let me pick up my free magnets photos due to “we are losing money “ . Makes no sense at all, these photos were printed in 4 different phone numbers , different persons . So wrong of him to deny my order . Reporting him to corporate.

With my experience with this Cvs I had a great female representative who helped me along with the main male pharmacist to contact me for a medication refill. They were very quick, (I felt) went above and beyond to communicate with me to get me a medication refilled with the resources available to them. Thankful.
