They'll keep that 1-star until they fix their hours because they don't care to update it on here. They are *not* open until 11PM, they close at 8PM and have been closing at 8PM for a year at least already.

This is my favorite location to shop at because of the store cleanliness and availability of products and also Because the team that works there goes above and beyond for their customers. My experience with Frank, Edgar, and Andrea is the main reason that I keep coming back to this location. If I cannot find something on the floor, they are always willing to help me and check out is always a breeze.

Zero stars for the manager Andrea! I wanted to return a brand new unopened item still within time frame of return and original receipt. She refused to take the unopened item with proof of purchase while giving me attitude she has zero customer service skills lacks manager skills! I will definitely be making a call to CORPORATE and letting them know they a lost a customer for life because what is the whole point of stating on the receipt you can return within a time frame if the store is gonna refuse the unsatisfied item. Bought the same item at Walgreens and was able to return it with zero issues! Andrea's return policy is dog crap.

The cashier was friendly and helpful and made sure my information was up to date. Also there was a sale on the vitamins I needed!

Extremely disappointed with the service at this pharmacy especially with the manager HEIDY MARTINEZ. I was never contacted when my son’s medication was ready, which caused an unnecessary delay in starting an important treatment. When I went in to follow up, the pharmacy manager HEIDY MARTINEZ laughed in my face while I was trying to advocate for my child’s health. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable—especially in a healthcare setting where compassion and communication should be a priority. I will be transferring all prescriptions elsewhere and do not recommend this location to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect.

They take over 3 hours to give you prescription that already comes prepackaged. They don’t even have to do anything and they take over 3 hours. Imagine if it was anything that required them to, god forbid, count pills or mix the medication for you. You would be way better off going to Walgreens or any other pharmacy.

I went into pharmacy at 5:15pm, they close at 8pm. Pharmacy turned me away telling me they couldn't get my prescriptions filled until next day even though they were still open for almost 3 more hours. I was advised to go down the street to Target. I had 2 sick kids with strep who needed antibiotics and waiting until next day wasn't an option. I went to HEB pharmacy down the street who also closed at 8pm and even though I got there almost at 6 they had both prescriptions ready before 8pm closing time. CVS is not personable or dependable and I will be an HEB pharmacy customer for life even though this CVS has been my pharmacy for 15 years. I called HEB customer relations to give them kudos and call was answered in less than a minute, CVS customer relations had me on hold for 11 min!!

So sad this CVS on Trenton did not want to return my purchase done Dec. 17th. In the other CVS. The associate said I had to go back to the other CVS where I had made my purchase. This employee is just there for a pay check , how disappointing he needs to retire.

Horrible staff, associate/ manager was so rude.I have gotten better service from other cvs stores. I would stay away from this one.
