Terrible experience with this bank. They would accept instant Venmo transfers for years until today when they suddenly didn’t. A manager claimed this has always been their policy, when it clearly has not. The employees just lied to my face. Awful customer service skills. I paid $25 for nothing and they did not seem apologetic or accommodating. Would not recommend this bank at all since apparently they no longer accept Venmo instant transfer and will not even accept Zelle! Incompetent bank that is stuck in the past.

MY DAD DIED. THEY DON'T CARE AND LOST HIS CERTIFIED DEATH CERTIFICATE. GOT HUNG UP ON 5 TIMES IN A ROW AND THEN THE STAFF DENIED THEY DID THAT. VERY CONCERNING MY DAD'S MONEY IS THERE AT THIS PLACE WHICH SEEMS INCOMPETENT. THEY WANT A COPY OF MY SOCIAL SECUIRTY CARD BECAUSE I LIVE OUTSIDE OF TX. I AM NAMED BENEFICIARY. THEY ARE MAKING THIS AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE OR IMPOSSIBLE. NOT OK TO TREAT PEOPLE WHO LOST THEIR PARENTS THIS WAY.DON'T USE THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS. my dad died. they don't care and lost his certified death certificate. got hung up on 5 times in a row and then the staff denied they did that. very concerning my dad's money is there at this place which seems incompetent. they want a copy of my social secuirty card because i live outside of tx. i am named beneficiary. they are making this as difficult as possible or impossible. not ok to treat people who lost their parents this way. don't use this place if you have other options. if you die they will hold your account hostage. they got taken over by the feds for being incompetent. a woman named marsha hann sends me abusive emails and she claims to be a ceo there and has no boss i can' talk with. online she is not showing as the ceo. both my parents died and she is acting very unprofessionally and strange toward me. won't even say how much is in the account. don't use this place!

Very unprofessional staff, their customer service needs better associates to attend the phone calls. Did not want to give money that was transfer for more than 12 hrs. Needs better protocol for money transfers, customers have emergencies and is in need of their own money in their personal account, and can't have access to it. Very disappointing for a place like this to treat customers in that manner.
