“Have had my phone service here for 4 years. $36 a month - unlimited services. For $5 more I can add full service while traveling in Mexico. Have done this twice and it worked perfectly. Staff is knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. Great service at a great price, plus new phone updates made available regularly. Give Metro a try for service, price, and help.”

“On April 02, we had a refrigerator delivered to our home and they did not install the door handles nor the bottom thing that goes under the refrigerator. They did not explain to us what we were signing and turns out it’s a paper where everything was installed and properly placed. We came into our local Famsa and Lety and another lady explained to us and apologized, they were very considerate about the issue. The warehouse people need to be more aware of these things.”

The only thing I just keep seeing is that the restrooms at almost all stripes are practically always dirty or out of order.”

After I had no answer from the customer service line I went in store and a woman told me I was unable to activate my phone in store and that I HAD to call customer service. I went in the next day and was helped by Ariana. She’s an absolute sweetheart and really knows what she’s doing when working with you!! She activated my phone with no problem!! If you’re going to get a phone at this location I highly recommend doing it with Ariana!!”
