Unfriendly customer service. Schedule appointment then tell you they’re too behind. Front desk, Robert, literally said “this damn phone never stops ringing” proceeds to answer rudely “can you please hold!” Unreasonable prices to top it all off.

I will never come back! For over 40 yrs I've been bringing our vehicles here. Had an appointment at 9 a.m. and was told at 1 p.m. that the work probably won't get done today. This is the second time this incompetence has happened. Will go somewhere else. Edinburg Firestone is history!!!!

I have been a customer of fire stone in Houston for over Twenty years that shop was great this in Edinburg the opposite I had a appointment for an oil change I show on time the slob of a woman running the desk was arrogant and inattentive she was completely over her head I have closed my account.

The employees at the Edinburg location are wonderful! They are so helpful in answering my questions. I dropped my car off Monday and had a call Tuesday by 3:30pm that it was ready to go!! Quick, reliable service with great warranties at a reasonable price! Bring on summer! I’ve got AC again!!! Thanks Firestone complete!

Brought my fleet vehicle in. Great service. They handled all approvals. I was able to work in the lobby while they worked on my car. Internet had good speed.
Only suggestions is more outlets and a counter space with stools so customers can hook in laptops and work more easily while they wait.

The staff was friendly and helpful, however, I dropped my car off at 9am and it was finally ready at 5:30pm. Almost 9 hours is a ridiculous wait time for an alignment and tire replacement. I was also advised that my cabin filter would need changing because it was close to its end of life, but I just changed it last week. When I asked about it at the store, I was told that it was based on mileage and that they don't physically check the filter. This could be very deceiving for someone who doesn't know any better. I'm definitely going to another firestone location after this experience
