John was very professional and patient handling my interest and request to see a xbox controller while working on technology.
I don’t really pay attention to who sells me stuff. I’m impressed of the multi tasking and his recommendation to a warranty return just in case the Xbox controller didn’t work. Big W.

One of the Employees named Stacy was very rude from the beginning, I let her know I wanted to sell my stuff and I instead told her to pawn them, because I wasn’t aware of the difference, I was told that I would get 50 for selling, she offered me 40, for pawning them, which is inaccurate because You get more for pawning, I let her know that and she gave me attitude saying “says who” So she leaves and does some stuff in the back, then comes back, we decided to not sell our stuff there and I asked for her name, she refused to give me her name and told me her name was “have a good day”, super rude and disrespectful, Needs training and better Social interactions, do better

An employee named Stacy was very rude as I was trying to pawn my items. I misunderstood and didn't know selling it would make me lose the items. She then proceeded to give attitude when I said that I wanted to pawn, not sell. She was very disrespectful and seemed as though she was in a bad mood. I then proceeded to ask for her name and she refused to tell me and asked me to leave. She also had no nametag and I had to call and ask for a manager to be able to receive the name of the employee. Terrible service, rude, and horrible attitude. Do better!
