It took 2 days of calling and me finally going into the offibefore I could speak with somebody. I gave my statement and left. A few days later I get a phone call saying they need my statemen for the same accident. A little annoyed I gave it a second time, same story. A couple of days later I get a message from the persand I had an accident with saying that for a lawyer took my information down wrong. After 3 days of calling, I I'm finally able to talk to somebody... What the best this has been.

Worst insurance company of all, IMHO. They are cheap because they only have minimum coverage and their claims department is incompetent, IMHO.

I've very dissatisfied with Fred Loya the claim adjusters never return calls. My husband left multiple messages to the adjuster that's assigned to our case and she still hasn't yet returned his call. I left one voicemail and still haven't heard anything back. Their insured driver was at fault for the accident we were in and they haven't paid us yet along with constantly giving us the run around by continuing to request additional information which they already have in their possession before we withdrew from our lawyer.

If it was possible to give them no stars at all I would.! Unprofessional adjusters , take months to process the claims, be expected to call & leave voice-mail messages because they'll never call you for any updates.! Awful and Disappointed in all aspects.!

BEWARE: THIS COMPANY WILL NOT PAY YOUR CLAIM. YOU WILL HAVE TO SUE THEM AND MAKE THEM PAY YOU. A HORRIBLE COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY IN TEXAS. THEY WONT PAY UNTIL YOU SUE THEM.

03/01/2022: The claims department seems to be a 3rd party contractor, and they are extremely slow to process claims. It has been two months, and they have yet to close either of our 3 claims. We have uninsured motorist coverage, and the cars were hit by an unknown driver. A police report was submitted, many phone calls made, and numerous questions answered - and still no resolution. I do not understand why the same adjuster can not work on the 3 claims, especially since the cars were damaged in the same incident. Like the saying goes, you get what you pay for. This insurance coverage is good to keep you from getting cited for no insurance and not being liable for damage you cause, but don't expect much if you're filing a claim for yourself.

I really hated working there. Horrible environment. Like the manager told me, most employees act like high school students.. Even those in their 40's & 50's. Really low pay and if I couldn't find someone to cover for me in the front, I couldn't take a restroom break. If I had stayed there I would've ended up needing a kidney transplant soon. Out of town attorneys were really nice but most of local attorneys were kind of rude and please don't dare transfer calls to them. I noticed how humble the out of town attorneys are vs "most" of locals. Boss wanted me to act like a kid and tell on everyone. That is childish in my opinion. I've worked at other places where they did appreciate my work and they weren't concerned about employees taking a breather....here was like every second you're on the clock counted... Oh but I asked for extra work and they never increased my pay. How convenient. Wouldn't recommend this place for employment.

Very good price for 3 months. And my pharr cage and thomas very good customer service. Very good in the claims department.
