“Picked up there for the 1st time yesterday. Check in staff friendly and gave clear directions and assigned a door, spacious dock areas with plenty of room, shipping office staff efficient and professional, dock workers with helpful. Besides not seeing the scale my first time past, it was a good experience. Once loaded, you drive to the scale and then back to office. You get paperwork and a copy of the scale ticket (with axle weights) there.”
“Great experience ( Jessi is the #1 guy ) I called in to say I’m running late. They waited for me and loaded at 9pm ( was out with full load in 45 minutes ). Park on the scale, walk in to office window beside docks( remember your truck & trlr LIC plate number and pick up number. Get loaded, park on scale. Walk back to office window to get bills.”
