They lie about not getting new stock of Pokémon but yet there are pictures of the employees room with empty blooming waters. Love to see the backdoor in action.

I worked with Suzanne at Gamestop trying to find 2 very exclusive figures that were not easily available which had come in but were not out stocked yet. I hounded her for most of the day but she was so patient, friendly, and kept me informed. It was like she knew how hard I was working to find them and wanted me to succeed. I just want to thank her so much for understanding what it means to be a collector. Not to mention she was so humble about it all as though she was just doing her job but I knew she cared about making sure I got the best customer serivce prossible. I've always had a great experience at Gamestop. Thank you again Suzanne! I see good things coming your way!

Haven’t had any issues with this game stop. I called the day before I went to reserve an article since they only had 1 left and when I got there, they had it there waiting for me.

Trash location told me my warranty didn't cover my control after it was sold to me defective and that's their problem as I remember y'all said u take it back with out questions

Customer service is absolutely atrocious. My wife purchased a game for me for Christmas that I already owned. When I went to return it, I was informed that the return policy expired today and they could only give me half of what I paid for it. I can understand if this was blatantly over the date of the return policy, but it's literally the day it expires and it was a game that I purchased at GameStop so they can look it up on my profile to see I already owned it. It's not like I played it and returned it to them. I already purchased it from them previously. This is the reason I cancelled my Pro Membership. Save your money and buy on Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy or the PlayStation/Xbox stores.
