New management and fully staffed at this location. I am a repeated customer and have been patient with them because I know how it is to work in retail short staffed and understand employees have needs too. This GNC sucks !!! Every time I come by there always a sign saying they are in a rest room break. Might as well close it down.

Drove all the way out there only to find a note saying that they would be back, went to the bank. Waited about 20 minutes and left

Employee has been gone over 15-20 mins in the “restroom”. We were parked and no sign of him/her. Closed the entire store and put a sign they went to the “restroom”. Sounds like a load ?

I have tried going to this GNC multiple times. Every time, they are not open by the time they're supposed to be or they close during the middle of the day leaving a note on the door saying when they'll be back and they are not back by that time. Like I said, I have tried to give them a chance multiple times but they have repeatedly shown they lack the ability to do the basic by even being open during their listed business hours. I recommend going to any other GNC in the Valley or other competing stores.
