Congrats to employee Stephany, poor girl trying to help everyone at the same time. Mind you other employees walking around seeing the long line of @10 customers and no one bothers to help, instead they are hanging out in the little office they have their laughing around. Another note one of the other employees didn't get her name, but she has the audacity to collect shopping carts outside instead of helping the line.

I had an issue with a piece of equipment I had recently bought at Harbor Freight in Edinburg. When I went in, I spoke to Rebecca, and I’ve never been handled so nicely and professional. I will definitely return to this store for my future needs. Thank you Rebecca.

nobody around to help you out. losing its appeal. Prices gradually rose. You can find similar tools/prices at the W mart. Bought a battery operated chainsaw and they do not sell replacement chains and they have no idea what name brand is compatible.

Found exactly what I was looking for and the customer service was absolutely great. I got a free bucket with a promotion they had with a purchase of 30$. You can always get good deals for expert quality tools and if you're lucky enough you can obtain discount coupons online in their website. Definitely one of my favorite stores to go shopping, I recommend this place even if you are in search for other items besides tools they have a little bit of everything for anyone.
