I'm giving 5⭐ because I'm a happy IBC costumer, for years. However, when money "disappear" for some charges (like 7 days "pending" for NFL+ subscription) the clarification is too complex even tho the money gone hurried up. If I can write my claim and attach screenshots, why it would be needed to waste even more resources like time and satisfaction making calls or passing by the branch?, if money gone quickly, so clarify must to be quickly also. In the other hand IBC provided to attach files in formats which exclude some of the most common. To me, all of this is a delay where banking win or discourage the costumers to move on. Survey, I been receiving invitation to participate, ok I'm survey dealer in apps like junkie, Google and others where, at this time I earn hundreds dollars in the database industry (like surveys) and IBC wants survey for nothing, so I don't take it, I'm so sorry about that.

Please hire faster people with better customer service ! The ladies at their desks been taking more than 2 hours with just a person !

Walked in and signed up to speak with a person about opening an acct. Waited more then 25 mins and no one said hi to me or asked if I had been helped. In that time 2 other persons walked in and the tellers do greet them and ask them how can they help them . After helping them them they leave . So was disappointed so I left with out opening an acct or answering question I had. I feel they judged me to the way I looked . (Dirty pants and shirt) I'm a motorcycle shop owner / mechanic. I Don't recommend a bank like that. I'll take my money else where. Hope they change their mind set on people.

I've had IBC since I turned 18 and it is the worst! It started when I couldn't sign into my account though my phone/computer; turns out it was because they spelled my name wrong. Later, I got a savings and would try to take money out from an atm and it would say it was the wrong pin. When I spoke to someone they told me that the lady from this location had not finalized it. There was this one time, I also went to this location's atm. It spit out my deposit, ripped my cash, and ate $100, they said that there would be an investigation and then I could have my money. The last straw was an overdraft issue. When I got my card I signed up for no overdrafts, and every month I have a credit card that would take money from my account. I had no cash during the time, but my card made the payment, so I had an overdraft fee of $35 plus what I did not have in my account. My girlfriend lost her card and transferred me her cash. I did not know about the over draft, so it took the money she had transferred and they told me there was no way to get her money back. She has Chase and the times she has had an overdraft, ALL TIMES she is refunded right away, and has no fee. It was my first time with an overdraft and they were still unable to do anything about it. This bank has stressed me out many times, and there is a reason for its low ratings. Save your troubles and get yourself a better bank.

I've been banking at IBC for 17 years and have been very pleased with their service. This particular branch is my favorite in the area. The manager does a great job as do the tellers. Fast, friendly service with a smile. There is another branch within the nearby Walmart Supercenter (and open till later), but this branch is always peaceful and has a pleasant atmosphere. IBC is a regional bank as opposed to a national chain. I can always change currencies here (peso/ dollar) at a good rate. Highly recommended.
