Horrible customer service. Came to get new debit card at 8:30am, ok it opened till 9. Walked around Walmart then 15mns prior to opening stood right outside literally near the tellers area. Both guy and lady came out to set up their standing posters and so forth getting ready to open. NEITHER ONE said GOODMORNING WE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU the lady took out some standing posters walked right infront of me did not bother to say excuse me Ma’am nor goodmorning do u need help or we will be with u shortly NOTHING. I was non existant. Ok fine. Guy asks me do u need help w teller or we us in the office. I just I NEED A NEW DEBIT CARD he leaves to ask the rude lady something comes back and sais OUR MACHINE HAS A NOTE THAT A TE HNICIAN WILL COME BY TODAY. I was already annoyed how rude they both were so i said IV BEEN WAITING FOR 30mns he was going to say I DIDNT KNOW but stopped half way looked at his wat h and said well we open at 9. He looked young so maybe lack of experience in customer service but either way. Lady looked like she could be a bit older but still both not good at customer service at all. Didnt apologize didnt even say good morning to begin with and the fact that the rude lady just walked literally infront of me with no excuse me good morning atleast a MOVE DOG something. Never again coming here. I work in customer service and if ur in that business be curtious be friendly even if ur having a shity day or dislike ur job. I apreciate my customers, clients, I love taking care of them. And to have to deal with these type of employees is so dissapointing. Do better you 2. Cus you both really have no professionalism.

They are thieft. They stole my money using policies they can impose. Manager Tina lacks customer service, she leaves early and employees are unable to help on some topics requiring a manager. There are better banking services elsewhere, don't be caught with these thieves.

Rude teller rolls his eyes when asked questions regarding deposits and very hostile attitude. Will be filing a complaint.
