My ABSOLUTE goto place when I need my embroidery done. They are always super friendly and professional. Leroy is always a great help and it's cool the owner is always there as well to make sure the experience was good.

I walked in July 26th with 3 shirts, placed an order for and was told by August 5 or 6 they will be ready. I walked in on the 9th and my shirts had still not been worked on. At least have the courtesy to call or something.

1 star Friendly service, I have had work done with previous owner/management and was completely satisfied. Facility is under new ownership/management and although the embroidery was up to par, the service I request was done incorrectly. When I spoke to the owner and was told, “he would make the matter right” by replacing the item, he only provided the material, leaving me to redo all the work and inconvenience of having to drive back and forth to the establishment. Lesson learned, I will not be returning for further services.
