Great deals after the holiday. Great experience when I checked out. The service person knew I didn't like the total, it was a little higher than I needed so the clerk told me to go to Google and he would help me get a coupon and get 30% off my total. That was so helpful.
JCP had carts to push around and fill up with purchases. Spacious walkways and lots of discounts.

You literally have signs at the top that say JCPenny order pick up and another that says returns & exchanges yet there is only one line for both! Take off your signs because they are useless!

We move from California to Edinburg Texas. We provide the new address si credit department will know where they can reach us. We never skip a payment. The snikky texas store at edinburg started to change date of payment and already have a year abusing my 68old husband and myself (65 almost 66). They said that they do not care about ss and do not work with. So they rise for a year the amount of debt with help of synchrony bank. We never skip a payment when we were around the country. We came to Texas and problems started.

Customer service is a bummer. They do not follow the price match policy either… I was told price match only happens when you go online. I called corporate and they said it applies online and in store.
The actual store gave me a hard time for a gift for my child. Hated this store then, hate it more now.

I went to this Edinburg store today to do some shopping. Sidney in the Home department was very kind and helpful when I asked her something about a coupon. I always appreciate great customer service! It will definitely keep me coming back.

During my visit to the Edinburg JC Penny, I head over the intercom inviting customers to the Hair Saloon. I went to see about a haircut. The lady told me to come back later that they were booked , I looked and all the chairs were empty. I told her , it's empty I don't see anyone. She just repeated for me to return later if I wished to do so. It was about 12:30 noon on Thursday August 1st , I guess she wanted to go to lunch . I asked for the price for a haircut , she said 20 dollars. I went to Mr. Albert's on Veterans/Cano , they took me immediately and paid $10. , turned out good after all.
