Great customer service though like in many stores I hate the selfcheck out those machines are very rund and don't greet you or answer any question you have. Please bring back human cashiers. After all prices still go up even though you don't have to pay human cashiers anymore.

I’m sorry, I love this store BUT they never has sufficient staff to help customers my parents was there this morning and they wait for more than 20min to be help and nobody helped them, I have to go living 15mins away from the store to help them. they ask 3 people for help and they just answer somebody will be there to help the 3 person tell them that it was only 2 person help customers and he had already someone that’s very despoilment experienced for them specially because they are early people

I ordered a stain online for curbside pickup. Since I was at work, I sent my nephew to pick-up my order. When I received the order from my nephew, I noticed that the wrong item was delivered to him at curbside. I sent my husband to return the item, and the cashier said they couldn't return it, because it was not the same item on the receipt. Well, of course it was not the same item, because the associate handled the wrong item to my nephew, if not I would not be returning it. My husband thought that by talking to the manager, Eric, the issue was going to be resolved, but the manager was extremely rude and said that we must have changed the cans and that it was impossible for the associate to have mistakenly given my nephew the wrong item/stain, that he was not going to return them that we could do whatever we wanted and that in no way was he going to help us. As a business owner my self, I have no need to lie about this.This was very disappointing because we love shopping at Lowes. We have shopped for personal and business items at Lowe's for years, and had always had the best customer service experiences. But now, I will definitely think twice about shopping here.

April 17, apprx 18:45. I've been meaning to share a thank you to Celine (spelling?) and Eric, who were very helpful team in the paint aisle. She approached to offer assistance, and Eric helped with further finding the right sealant layer for the gold paint. Friendly staff.

I purchased a washer and dryer on saturday and was told it'd be delivered Wednesday. I waited all day to no delivery. I wasn't even notified. I called and they said it would be delivered early the next day. When I called to check my delivery status, it then changed to a whole other week. I've called several times and no answer. Finally someone answered my call but they had no answers ro my questions as to why my order was out for delivery and now changed. I've been without a washer and dryer for a week and now have to wait another week. Extremely frustrating trying to get a hold of someone to talk to that knows wtf is going on or can actually help....

Worst customer service, I made an order and added my dad as the pick up person. He went to the pick up area at the Edinburg store and provided the order number, there was a person that refused to help him in the proper way. Her name was Sammy or Tammy; she made my dad drive to the store in Weslaco, in that location they confirmed the order with my name and phone number located at the store in Edinburg. I called the store and I was told that my order was actually there. She was not there when I got there and no one could give me a reason or apology for the way my dad was treated.

I went to get paint matched on March 16th early in the day and the two younger, shorter guys working the paint center were the most rude employees I have ever come across. They kept handing wet paint swatches to customers & customers had to tell them to dry it because it looks different when dry. They handed me my item I took to get paint matched wet and it got all over my hands. They’re lucky it didn’t get on my clothes or items because then I would’ve had to have them pay for the damage. I ended up taking the paint that I purchased home and it did not match. Because they had such a crappy attitude, I didn’t even want them to fix it. I went straight to customer service and the younger girl with long black unbrushed hair at customer service that day didn’t even greet me or say anything. She walked away when I told her my issue with MY item to grab an older lady from the paint section, and the older lady came back and told me they don’t do refunds. She didn’t even offered to have it fixed or anything. She told me that a machine does the matching so it has to have matched not knowing my item was handed back to me with at least three swatches so no it doesn’t not mean it’ll be 100% matched. Completely ride and unapologetic. The entire staff had such crappy attitude. I ended up filing a chargeback with my bank because I’m not paying for crappy service and paint that I can’t use. This is my first time going to Lowe’s because it was closer to me at the time, but it will definitely be the last time and I’ll stick to Home Depot where I’ve never had an issue. It is a basic step to dry paint before handing them to customers especially when paint looks different when dry and they can’t even do that correctly. I already know this review is going to get the same copy paste response as the other reviews low reviews and that shows how much they don’t really care because the issue is still happening.

I was waiting for one of the associates to finish a personal phone call standing right in front of her to ask her a question as soon as she was finished with her phone call she turned around and walked away. And I yelled at her, I said, I need to speak to you, and she kept walking, this woman needs to be reprimanded. I didn't get her name, but she was back for the where the wood is terrible customer service

Very helpful staff in the store. Lady at return desk was rude, when I asked where the fans were. She acted like I was bothering her from talking to co workers.

By far the worst experience we have ever experienced at a Lowe’s store. We went in yesterday purchased a Blackstone. They agreed to assemble it for us for free. I get the Message today that grill is ready for pick up and I get there and they’re trying to give it to me in a box. I didn’t ask about them assembling it why it wasn’t done and the guy said that they don’t assemble at that store. Sounded like some bs to me bc I got the message that it was ready at that location. I didn’t spoke to the manager I did not get her name but She told me to get in line to return the item and then buy it again and they will assemble it. I’m like but why wasn’t it done before then your worker tells me oull don’t assemble there. Like I know you guys don’t do it. Somebody comes in and does it I’m not a dumbass. I asked questions when I purchased the item. At the end of it all, I ended up with the grill in a box that I’ll just put Together myself
