Stay away! Bought item on their website and paid via paypal. Received zero responses from them after several emails asking when the item would be shipped. Called the store to find out the number no longer works!Stay away!

Be careful when using this business. I had to file a police report on site and will go to small claims court to recoup my losses. They had TV for 10 days and kept giving excuses as to why TV wasn't fixed. Gave me a quote to fix and I agreed but never got a call. Went back and was told TV wasn't repairable. So I asked for TV, but it was with Tech. Gave more excuses so I filled police report. Will go that route.

If I could give this man and his so called business 0 stars I would. I just can't Believe the amount of time it took to get my electronic device back.. It should've recognized the Red Flag when I seen him stick his whole finger in his mouth to clean the food off his teeth then turn around and ask for my debit card ? he lacks communication with the customer, business hours are incorrect on Google, he fails to answer calls AND HES VERY DISORGANIZED, this was just an all around HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NEVER EVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE.. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. My next step to get my items was Law Enforcement, no Joke.. ?

I don’t know where to start, I’m STILL trying to get my TV back but this has to be the most unprofessional business there is. He never answers his phone and is so hard to get in contact with him. Our last call, we notified him that we were going to pick up our TV since nothing could be done, we show up following day he said he’ll be there and WAS NOT. So many red flags I ignored, don’t waste your time with this place. PLS GIVE MY TV BACK

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - AMAZINGLY ZERO COMMUNICATION. When you order from this company they do not send you a confirmation they received your order or send status updates. No one answers their phone and you're unable to leave a voicemail. Luckily they accept payment via PayPal and you can get your money back. Hopefully this review helps others to stay away from this company. Wish I could give them zero stars.

. the way you handled business in regards to speaker left a bad impression on your work ethic ... you stated a new part would be ordered .. you then said you used a used part which i didnt consent to .. the price quoted of 65 was for a new part and labor ..but honestly seems like you simply pulled out the part ..looks like the same piece .. I wasnt going to argue for $65 ..but did want to point out don't try and assume people are less intellectual than you...

He was very honest. He could have made money off me. But he explained the technology was at end of life and cost to keep it alive was cost prohibitive. He had done successful repairs on a different manufacturer in the past. Quality work and I would definitely recommend him.

Very rude operator. Called and asked where I'm calling only to get a response "No! You called me! Who are you looking for?!"
By reading the other reviews it seems they are not professional at all.

Charged 10 dollars to check the TV then said it would be 100 dollars to fix the issue but it might not work. Terrible customer service.
