Again I say I have been with Metro for along time . But we bought brand new ones and to me they were constructed phones we have such hard time with our phones they don't even no how to fix it. They we need new ones we bought our phones this year on January. and in March it went to the owners or corporate don't remember. It took a month and a half for my husband to get it back and still having problems. He bought another phone and is scared to even use it because from the beginning he got another one he started with problems. First they said he had various on the other and they didn't no what to say to the one he just bought how you figure crazy. No discount no help what so ever

Yes the Employee Enedina was excellent as she helped me with my issue answering all of my questions and educating me in several areas that would be helpful in the future! I have an older Galaxy phone so she demonstrated her suggestive sales skills by showing me newer phones that I may be interested in. This store is in Edinburg Texas on Closner Road. I highly recommend this Metro Store and the employee Ms. Enedina as she is definitely a Product Specialist Expert in my opinion! My name is Eric Maxey from Edinburg, Texas.

So I have my own device and I wanted to buy a SIM card at this store, but the representative responded saying that you need to activate the SIM card with the phone right then and there, which I know is false because I was a former manager at 3 Metros. The representative wanted to just make activation sale which I understand, but you should be able to buy a SIM card and activate it yourself with a metro phone or an eligible BYOD. Just to confirm from what I know is true and hasn’t changed I contacted metros customer service line saying that what they were doing is wrong and I that I should be able to purchase a SIM card by itself, but ok I didn’t make a big deal and thanked the representative for the information. I just know this is unethical, but unfortunately this in the rio grande valley and nothing will be done about this situation. It’s sad really knowing that other customers are being taken advantage of. This was the third of 3 stores I visited in Edinburg which all said the same thing.

Best service ever. Both employees were very helpful. I had gone to store on Canton and Expway 281. Two times had bad, I mean really bad service. This one on closner had very good service.
