Worst place ever ! Left my white shirt and came to pick it up , had make up stains all on the sleeve . Lady started getting crazy with me saying it was already there. Saying it was blood ? You can clearly tell it’s make up ! Needed the shirt for an event the next day .

I wish I would have taken pictures of the jeans that I had hemmed here one after I took them home it wasn't cut correctly they just bundled it up. The heming was completely unaligned and I had to take them to D&m to get them altered correctly. Now when it comes to their starch and dry cleaning it is amazing by far the best five stars but I would not recommend to get anything hemmed or stitched there.

Three new garments were ruined, I inquired about service before leaving items, the young lady told they do all alterations , not true items are send out to someone who they pay for the job. Plus my new blazer came back dirty! The girl had the audacity to charge me for having blazer clean! Stay away!

Two new pairs of dress pants ruined. I took them in for alterations, and they returned them, not wearable. I asked for a refund, and they refused. See photos of the one pair of dress pants that were altered.

I just went to La Tintoreria Mr Press dry Cleaners and I thought it was very good from them that although there was a problem with a garment that was damaged, They did everything possible to help me recover my completely new garment, I understand that like in all Mistakes do happen but the main thing is that one takes responsibility for them and this is the case. Thank you very much for the support!Hello, good afternoon, I just picked up a garment at this Mr Press Cleaners Business located at 224 E Cano St in Edinburg TX that I sent to be cleaned, it is an original Louis Vuitton brand Shawl with its label with cleaning instructions and they returned it to me completely destroyed , I am waiting for someone to contact me to tell me how they are going to respond for this damage! I will keep you informed if their Customer First Guarantee and Service Guarantee are true!!
