I volunteered here today and it is a very nice building with lots of animals which means they need lots of volunteers to help.

I get that you were closed and possibly in a rush for a meeting, but there is still some level of civility expected in daily exchanges of conversation. Thanks for the help, I’m sure you know what it’s like to look for assistance and be swatted away as some sort of nuisance.Ps. The two dogs I adopted from you all are doing great. At least you all were well behaved then, for their sakes if nothing else.

The facility and staff were amazing. Too bad we had a horrible experience with staff member Renee. She is a deterrent to the adoption process as her repulsive and vile personality almost ruined the adoption for us. The facility would be better off without her, maybe then more animals would have a home for the holidays!

I use to think this place cared about animals. They just care about making money. A stray near my house had 6 puppies 4 weeks ago but 3 passed away so for some reason she brought the other 3 to my porch one of which was not doing so good but I was able to feed it and get it feeling better but not out of the woods. The problem is I work out of town and can't take 3 dogs so I called this place and paws to take them in and they just said they can't and to call animal control. They'd rather let them die or be put to sleep than help them. I'm super disappointed with the lack of caring by this place and paws. Here's an update the smaller puppy just passed away because it was to weak and didn't seem to matter how much it fed and I couldn't keep it with me the whole time so ? way to care guys

We adopted a beautiful dog here. They do, however, euthanize sick dogs and cats.

?? PLEASE DONT ADOPT A PET FROM THIS PLACE!!!It really deserves "0-⭐'s" and that might even be to high...This facility will lie to you about adopting pets and state laws!!!...Don't trust adopting a pet from either facility they do not have the animals best interest in mind...This is probably one of the most dishonest animal facilities I have ever encountered... They will also euthanize a dog for being reactive after being locked in a small kennel... This happens all the time they will say the dog is aggressive... Aggressive for being reactive in a small kennel... Give me a break...This place has no business being listed as a rescue or shelter... It's more like a scam... Maybe they borrow peoples pets? Someone should look into that... They say they're so over ran with animals and need to find them homes... When it comes down to it they'll try and tell you which dog you want not the one you want... And not one of these people here have any business handling these animals especially the director if that's what you want call her... She's WORTHLESS has no business directing ANYTHING!!! This place needs to be closed down!

They are always saying they are over run with animals. Then ask for donations for food and what not, only to announce on Facebook that they are offering up free food for people for their pets. WHY keep asking for donations for pets when you're just going to go and give it away to people? Plus they say they are a no kill shelter when in fact they kill. They post up all the time on Facebook about how all these pets have a deadline of whatever....which means they are killed. This place is a joke....I have donated hot dogs for the dogs....they don't deserve to be killed. Then to top it off, they block me from their Facebook page. Guess I won't be donating anymore to this place. What a joke.

Adopted a cat from here, was told it had just been neutered 2 days prior to me adopting him. Figured they used a sterilization method to neuter since the cat didn't even have a cone at the shelter. Upon checking out, nothing was mentioned about a cone. The next day after taking him home, the cat was feeling ill, incision on neuter area was open and had to take to a vet. He had an infection and fever. Was not told he needed a cone whatsoever by the shelter, nor did he have one at the shelter. Ask questions while you're there because they certainly wont bother or staff probably doesn't care enough

Very impressed with the service, we opted to adopt an older dog, as they are last longer in the shelter, puppies go by fast, compared to older pups, Great place to adopt.Thank you

Hello, I have a question. There's this dog in my neighborhood an I've confirmed that she's stray. She doesn't seem to have rabies but she acts aggressive around lther dogs. I was wondering If they could pick her up. I've been contacting other animal shelters more near me and they refused several times to pick her up. Thank you, I'd appreciate anyones help.

Took lost puppies to place for help but they kept sending them to different buildings each time just to say they don’t take in dogs weekends and call animal control instead (animal crontrol never picks up). I know everyone has bad days but this place definitely isn’t professional nor caring to animals and extremely rude.

Always nice team, they have a great little shop inside if you need to buy some supplies; the funds go right back to the shelter. Seriously, I love that there are rooms inside and outside if you want to try to bond with the dogs. Definitely recommend this place!
